CBR Launch Args
aside from the standard godot launch args (not covered here) cbr also checks for additional launch args to influence some of the events and behaviors of internal mechanics.
currently used args
- savecompressed
- enables zstd save file compression. this only affects writing save files, as the reading process will read compressed (.zstd files) as well as uncompressed (.txt files) saves depending on the extension. changing the file extension manually will prevent said file being read correctly.
- disableseasonalevents
- prevents seasonal events from occurring. As of mid alpha 4, ConfigHandler checks for several active seasonal events (Easter, Halloween, Christmas) and may cause cosmetic differences in the game. the first example of this is SCP 173's Reborn model, Zeke, spawning with a bed sheet ghost outfit. when included, this arg will prevent ConfigHandler from checking for seasonal events.
